RETURNS
We offer a 7 days money-back-guarantee on paintings and unframed paper prints.
To return an item, please contact us to request a return authorization. All artwork must be returned in the original packaging. We will send you a return shipping label for UPS Ground, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

These items cannot be returned unless the wrong item was sent or damage occurred during shipping:
- Canvas prints and framed paper prints
- Art shipped to destination outside the US
- Custom artwork or artwork purchased from the artists studio or during an event.

If any item arrives in a damaged box, either do not accept it or take pictures of the box clearly showing the damage before opening it. If the item is damaged but there are no pictures of the box before is opened, we may not be able to accept your return.

REFUNDS
If you return artwork, a refund will be issued within 5 working days from the time the artwork is received, provided you have requested a return authorization and followed instructions for packing and shipping.

SALES TAX
California Sales Tax applies to purchases shipped within California or purchased locally from the artist.
